#magic

This is my #introduction so I can find my people! 🥰 I am an #artist experimenting with a wide range of media and subject, and I'd like to start a #MailClub for my #art. I'm a #witch and a life coach. I help people use #magic to heal and transform their lives. I read #tarot and make wands. I live in the #country in the middle of the #woods where I #homestead with my partner. I have 4 #cats and 1 #dog who thinks she's a cat #horse. Other things I'm into: #meditation #gardening #swordfighting

Music is weird. Pluck a few strings, beat a few skins, and your whole world changes. #music #magic

Went on a short hike to see a hidden gem. Magic is every where ✨ #nature #magic #Hiking

So uh hi, I’m Ash? I pissed off a witch and she turned me into a woman permanently. It’s day one and I have no idea what to do. Come through if you want to be friends! #introduction #women #sapphic #magic #genderswap

Attack #5. Revenge for Decarbry, of Rollo! I just had to paint a fluffy cat & I've been following the repost of her comic Son of the Philosopher. Rollo is one of the main characters.  https://artfight.net/attack/18275145.rollo #digitalart #digitalpainting #artfight #artfight2026 #teammystery #cat #fluffycat #magic #sonofthephilosopher #animalart

First I'd like to remark that #HarryPotter seems bizarrely apt to this kind of nonsense precisely because there's so little substance to the writing. "Harry Potter" is a stock character practically, shepherded from book to book through that lowest form of #magic that can be found in fiction: plot magic, i.e. arbitrary happenings where it's clear the author wants a pre-decided outcome more than they want to figure out how to make that outcome plausible. New site which lists Queer-Normative SciFi & Fantasy books you can buy direct from authors. My series, Tales of Ardonna, is proudly among them. 😀 🌳 https://elisecarlson.com/2026/08/09/queer-normative-scifi-fantasy-direct-from-authors/ #Bookstodon #FantasyBook #SFF #HopePunk #Magic #Adventure #LGBTQIA #Polyamory

#magic #games #cardgames #cartas #magicthegathering #reglas

@GeraldKutney@noc.social #Climate #deniers don't deal in #science & #truth, & have NEVER done so - the #attack now is quite explicitly against science & truth themselves. If #politics won't do the trick ("climate #scientists are all #communists"), they'll resort to #religion ("climate scientists are all atheists"), & if THAT won't do, they'll resort to #magic, & reject the entire #scientific #enterprise, as it has been constructed since the 17th Century.

I know this is weird, but it's also quintessentially Mastodon, because I need to tap the minds of a strange mix of chaos magicians, crypto-wiccans, math nerds, autists, artists, computer programmers, conlang enthusiasts, and general muckrakers. Does anybody know of a good way to generate your own "Magic Circles", sorta like the one below? I am working on my next tattoo design and I want to convey a bunch of information, densely packed in a way I can understand it and explain it to people when I show it to them... ...but I also don't want to accidentally curse myself or bind my right arm to some ancient lost deity because it just so happens that I accidentally recreated their exact sigils and signs. I've looked online and there are a few "generators" but they seem to be an equal mix of random garbage and broken jank. Any recommendations for... programs I could use to map one out, I guess? #art #magic #graphicdesign #tattoo #circles

🖤 It's happening! Finally the details are confirmed and I can share this thing I've been working on for a while -- I'll be hosting an Ancestral Sigil Making workshop on Sunday, October 18th at Brewja Elixir in Joshua Tree. We'll be working within a communal setting using a somatic method to pull two sigils: one made by us, that we will burn at the end to leave behind. One made by another attendee as we make theirs to carry ancestral wisdom forward into the season, marked with jagua on our skin. Be prepared to come for the afternoon, settle in, and truly integrate into the experience. If you were looking for a good time to take a trip out to this region I hope this is it! If price is what's keeping you from going, I'm starting a waitlist for a certain amount of pay-what-you-can seats, so just DM me to get on that, and those seats will be released about three weeks before the date of the event. You're all getting this about a week before I'll be ready to post it on Instagram, and before the owner of Brewja puts it out on her network, so if you are interested you'll be set to get seats before anyone else. I know most of you aren't local, but I wanted to share here anyways, I'm very very excited to have the space to host this event. #JoshuaTree #California #Spiritual #Occult #Sigil #Magic #Witchcraft #Samhain #Witch #Pagan #Heathen

I do not seek to bring back the old magic  For the old magic has failed us Diluted, cowering before the liar god  It begs for dispensation to exist. I seek a new magic, undiluted by fear  Forged in the rage of injustices wrought Tempered in the blood of my fallen sisters A vorpal blade meant for the necks of our oppressor. #poetry #writing #witch #witchy #FediCoven #magic #WritersOfMastodon #AntiAbrahamic
